Lucía is a PhD researcher from the Spanish team and talked about the project.
Lucía highlighted the fantastic work of the teenagers in the project when we asked her to tell us about the response of them to the activities of the project: “I believe that teenagers responded very well. Specifically in the activities where they actively implicated, like cooking workshops. In the cooking workshops teenagers were fantastic working together during the competitions.“
She also told us a way to continue to promote healthy lifestyles in the daily lives of teenagers after the end of the project. “We can continue promoting healthy lifestyles by doing similar activities as in the SEEDS project. Before implementing these activities, I would first ask teenagers’ opinions. I know that some activities of the Spanish intervention were fantastically welcomed, like active breaks between classes. This activity would be perfect to share or to continue promoting lifestyles, active lifestyles.”
