A healthy competition
The SEEDS project participants have already finished the healthy snack and screen time competitions. This was one of the activities they proposed to encourage the consumption of healthy snacks at school and to reduce the hours spent on mobile phones and social media by themselves and their peers.
The competition between the classes of the same school, and as a result, from each participating school there was a winning class, the one that consumed the healthiest snacks and managed to spend fewer hours in front of their mobile phones.
Although it was a competition, we could say that all participants were winners, especially in health The students in the classes with the best scores, received a super pack of healthy plant-based drinks from COSTA company, the rest of the students also received a gift from COSTA company too.
Thank you very much COSTA for this super detail! And thank you very much boys and girls, you have done great!
Control high school posts
Some participants of the SEEDS project took part as a control group. What does it mean? This means that they answered the project survey during February and now in June. This will help the project researchers to compare the lifestyles of all the young people who have been participating in the different parts of the project.
To thank them for this contribution, which is essential for us, all the participants in the control group received a present to invest their time to collaborate with the Project. The researchers gave them some tote bags as a present, which they loved.
Thank you very much boys and girls! Thank you COSTA CONENTRADOS LEVANTINOS & AMANDÍN for this fantastic gift! https://costa.es/en/
