Project Management Handbook

The SEEDS team has more than 15 people and we are working across five countries. This means we need to have clear communication and to agree how all the parts of the project will be delivered. To help us achieve this, we have written a handbook that has clear rules and guidelines. These rules shape everything from administration through to conflict resolution. This helps us make decisions faster and also shares how we should deal with problems.
