This document contains guidelines, tips and suggestions for ways to reach the various audiences. These audiences include teenagers, but also their parents, teachers and other important people in their lives (‘stakeholders’). Policy makers, journalists, academics and others are also people we want to reach. Some methods only work for one type of audience – e.g. a conference really only works for academics. This means we need to explore lots of different methods to communicate. If you have an idea for what we should do, let us know!
We wrote this document at the start of the project, but a lot can change in a few months! We are constantly learning about what works and what doesn’t work – sometimes the things that don’t work are just as interesting as those that work! We might update it to reflect this, but each version will be clearly labelled.
