L&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;aquests tallers era proporcionar als adolescents diferents snacks saludables. El m\u00e9s important \u00e9s que els adolescents van aprendre a preparar els aperitius.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Aprenent sobre opcions de menjar<\/h3>\n<p>Els cient\u00edfics adolescents van comen\u00e7ar el seu taller descobrint caixes a les seves aules i es van separar en grups. L&#8217;equip de SEEDS va donar una breu explicaci\u00f3 del taller i de la seva organitzaci\u00f3. Les caixes simbolitzaven la seva cuina dom\u00e8stica i contenien la recepta amb tots els passos, ingredients i utensilis. Quan van obrir les caixes, les cares dels estudiants van canviar completament quan van veure el material original i acolorit que contenien!<\/p>\n<p>Els adolescents van aprendre a preparar cinc receptes diferents en un taller d&#8217;una hora. Tamb\u00e9 van aprendre per qu\u00e8 els aperitius preparats al taller s\u00f3n una bona alternativa a altres aperitius. Els ingredients es poden combinar per crear alternatives m\u00e9s f\u00e0cils i r\u00e0pides a aquestes receptes. Per exemple, Un dels aperitius va ser una bola d&#8217;energia basada en nous i cacau. Cada grup tastava les seves pr\u00f2pies receptes dels snacks. A continuaci\u00f3, el grup va discutir les receptes en profunditat, incloses les opcions per transportar el snack a l&#8217;escola. Al final d&#8217;aquestes explicacions mitjan\u00e7ant una deliberaci\u00f3 participativa, cada adolescent va agafar un plat i va posar un mostreig de cadascuna de les receptes per tastar-les i gaudir dels seus propis preparatius.
