Lisa <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Damour<\/span>, que poden ser \u00fatils per a vosaltres.<\/p>\n<h4><strong> 1. Reconeix que la teva ansietat \u00e9s completament normal<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Moltes persones se sentiran ansioses per la COVID-19, per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 \u00e9s completament normal. L&#8217;ansietat ens pot ajudar a alertar-nos de les amenaces i, al seu torn, ens ajuda a prendre mesures per cuidar-nos a nosaltres mateixos i a les persones de la comunitat. Centra&#8217;t en la primera categoria per ajudar-te a sentir-te millor.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>3.Troba noves maneres de connectar amb els teus amics<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Sigueu creatius amb les xarxes socials, per\u00f2 feu-ho de manera intel\u00b7ligent i segura. Aix\u00f2 us ajudar\u00e0 a connectar amb els vostres amics i familiars. Tanmateix, \u00e9s una bona idea elaborar un horari de temps de pantalla, ja que massa xarxes socials us poden fer sentir ansiosos.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>4. <\/strong><strong>Centra&#8217;t en tu<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Potser podria ser un bon moment per aprendre o fer alguna cosa nova? Podeu aprendre a tocar instruments musicals, a codificar per ordinador, a fer un nou tipus de past\u00eds\/galetes o a fer alguna cosa m\u00e9s, el que vulgueu!<\/p>\n<h4><strong>5. Sent els teus sentiments<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Pot haver-hi molta decepci\u00f3 i tristesa al voltant.
