A continuaci\u00f3, compartim alguns consells sobre com dormir prou per a mantenir-se saludable i descansar b\u00e9 per anar a l&#8217;institut.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Sense pantalles<\/strong>. Has d&#8217;assegurar-te de tenir almenys 1<strong> hora de temps sense pantalla<\/strong> abans d&#8217;anar al llit. La llum de les pantalles (tel\u00e8fon, tauleta, TV o ordinador) interfereix amb el somni.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fes exercici per dormir millor<\/strong>. L&#8217;exercici regular ajuda a dormir m\u00e9s profundament, a m\u00e9s de millorar la salut general.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Elimina la cafe\u00efna.<\/strong> No beguis refrescos de cua, caf\u00e8, te o qualsevol altra beguda amb cafe\u00efna a la nit, t&#8217;impedir\u00e0 agafar el son.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No t&#8217;atipis abans de anar al llit<\/strong>. Menjar massa pot fer que et faci mal a la panxa a la nit, cosa que pot impedir-te obtenir el merescut descans que necessites.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tingues una bona rutina.<\/strong> Adopta una rutina regular a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;anar al llit que t&#8217;ajudi a quedar-te adormit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dormitori acollidor.<\/strong> Una habitaci\u00f3 fosca, fresca, silenciosa i c\u00f2moda et pot fer dormir en un tancar i obrir d&#8217;ulls!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Parla sobre qualsevol problema.<\/strong> Alguna cosa t&#8217;est\u00e0 molestant? Anota les teves preocupacions o fes una llista de tasques abans d&#8217;anar al llit.
